Our Policy

While walk-ins are always welcome, we highly recommend making an appointment to ensure we can accommodate your specific time request. This is especially important if you are bringing friends or family and prefer to sit together.

• Please be courteous of others and arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time. If you cannot make your scheduled time, please call us in advance.
• If you arrive 10 minutes late or more, your appointment slot may be given to another client, and you may be considered a no-show. In this case, or if your appointment slot has been filled, your service may be shortened.
• All appointments made for large parties require a major credit card.
• Gratuities in cash are always appreciated.

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you have missed an appointment that required a credit card, you will be charged 50% of the cost of your reserved services. No-shows will be charged the full service price. Repeat offenders will be required to place a credit card hold for any future appointment services.

We are not responsible for any items lost or left behind. Any items left at our establishment for more than seven days will be donated to a local charity.

We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties. Any data collected is solely used for improving our services and enhancing your experience with Cozy Nails Spa.

There are no refunds for gift cards or for services rendered. However, we do offer a 3-day guarantee: If you experience any chipping or issues with your gel powder polish or gel polish within 3 days of service, we will happily fix it for you at no charge. Please see our receptionist at the time of service if you experience any issues during your visit.
